Submitting a consultation or contact form does not require either party to enter a business relationship. We may decline an inquiry or request additional information. A project begins only after the parties approve the applicable written agreement and any required payment terms.

Clients must provide accurate, lawful, and timely information; obtain necessary permissions; review and approve deliverables; comply with platform rules; and avoid requesting misleading, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unlawful content or practices.

Fees cancellations and refunds
Fees, deposits, billing schedules, renewals, cancellations, refund eligibility, late charges, expenses, and taxes are governed exclusively by the applicable written proposal, order form, subscription terms, or service agreement. The website does not create a refund promise that differs from those documents.
